Rock The Garden: AFIM 2014 Gala
October 27, 2014
Location: Cipriani 42nd Street
More information:
This year’s Gala, ROCK THE GARDEN, celebrates the Museum’s Billy Rose Art Garden. Designed by Japanese-American artist Isamu Noguchi, the seven acre Zen-like art garden lies on the western slope of the Museum’s campus. The terrain rises like a wash of oriental landscape over its ancient rocky Jerusalem hillside, making a unique setting for the display of the Western sculptural tradition.
